Indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity Job Order Contract (JOC) construction services in the areas of minor construction/rehabilitation/renovation (including but not limited to demolition, site prep/excavation, concrete and slab work, carpentry, roofing, electrical, plumbing, drywall, trim and painting work, HVAC, carpeting and other flooring, and general repairs), and facilities maintenance - as dictated by the specific needs of any given H-GAC member (and. as applicable, the architectural and engineering parameters as provided by Member). Pricing parameters established for this solicitation are those extensive pricing books (pricing per specific job) contained in the Gordians 2019 RSMeans '2019 Facilities Construction Costs Book' and/or the Gordians 2019 RSMeans '2019 Facilities Maintenance & Repair Costs Book' (or the most recent versions)
