Direct-Hire, Temporary Staffing and Other Employer Services - TS06-11

Effective Date: June 1, 2011 to May 31, 2014

Contract Overview for Members:   Base Pricing is indicated by using the Department of Labors job classification rates, found on their website; www.wdol.gov. Under the heading -Service Contract Act-, select the first bullet-point, -Selecting SCA WD's-.  At this point enter the state and the county in which you will want to place a particular person for employment, then click Continue.  Two questions will pop-up (one at a time) and in each case select NO.  You are now at the job classification listing.  Listed below are the DOL job headings.  Once you have found the job classification that best fills your requirements the rate will be indicated at the right.  Now, next to each Vendor listed below, there will be four (4) Mark-up percentages.  Depending on the job classification multiply the rate found on the DOL site by the percentage and that will be the "not to exceed" rate of pay for that particular employment position.  IF, you do not see your specific job description listed,  check with Aundre Petty (information noted above) for a listing of additional job descriptions, submitted by each vendor.  These positions will be shown with a high/low range and a percentage of Mark-up.
