takers to log-into the network from anywhere as long as they have the
proper credentials.
3. xTPhone – microDATA's back-up SIP phone with ANI/ALI display.
Can serve as stand-alone answering position or as a back-up to xT911.
4. xBannerBoard – microDATA's web-based system dashboard display
software.
5. xMIS – microDATA's web-based MIS reporting software.
6. xTrakker – microDATA's Mapped ALI software that is integrated with
xSwitch/xT911. Built on ESRI ArcGIS 10. Works with multiple ESRI
platforms including Enterprise SDE, Workgroup SDE, Desktop SDE
and file geodatabase.
7. xCAD – microDATA's middleware software that enables the xTrakker
map to display CAD events. xCAD is required for any customer

9. xLocator – microDATA's xLocator is CAD integration option to be
sold with xCAD for address validation performed through direct access
